Double Room - Botley

My husband and I have a double room available to rent for up to 3 months starting the 3/4th May. We are a professional couple working 4-5 days a week 8-5pm. We have a beautiful 4 year old boy who attends pre-school and enjoys meeting new people and playing with his toys.

We are a close family and enjoy watching movies and cooking together. We have had lodgers before and also students for the past couple of years and really enjoy getting to know new people.

The house is on Cedar road in Botley, around 1 1/2 - 2 miles from Oxford city centre, there are great bus links with the bus stop being a short 2 minute walk at the top of our hill. The train station is also on the bus route and time in to Oxford can take around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Cycling is always a good option for getting in and out of the city. The house backs onto a large park which is great for those summer days for reading a book or just relaxing.

The room has a TV with Dvd player and virgin media including Movies and sports. We have a good wifi connection for the internet. There are at present two single beds in the room, but these can either be put together to make one or we can take one out to give more space. There is a shared bathroom with shower enclisure and new power shower system. All bills are included in the room price.
