Double room Oxford Botley road near station

We are looking for someone to come and join a friendly house who will treat the house as a home and is able to stay at least 1 year or longer. We are open to males and females who are tidy respectful and friendly.

We are looking for someone to move in/pay rent from 3-8th May.

The room is a double on the ground floor in a house just off botley road with three professionally working girls. It is 10mins walk from station, and 15/20min walk from town. Large shared dining/living area and a small garden/patio area with shed for bikes etc. 4 bedrooms altogether with 2 bathrooms. One room on ground floor and three upstairs.
Water included in the rent and landlord lives next door.
All other bills shared. Council tax is £40 a month.
No short term lets. 12month minimum. Parking on road outside, permit required which is easy to get from council and costs about £80 a year, you also get 50 visitor permits for free.
