Large double room in Botley

Large room with king-sized bed and built in storage available in a semi-detached house in Botley.

The house is about 100 meters away from a stop for buses into Oxford city centre. It takes 15 minutes to cycle in or just over half an hour to walk. Opposite is Elms Parade, which has supermarkets, a library and, importantly, a Taylor's (if you are new to Oxford, Taylor's is an addictive sandwich shop).

There is a shared bathroom and a small kitchen, a sitting room and a separate dining room. The garden has a big shed for bikes, and there is a patio for barbecues in the summer.

Couples welcome - they would be charged a further £75pcm because of the bills and the extra wear and tear. Short lets considered, but also for an increased price because of the admin trauma involved.

The current tenant works in fundraising for Oxford University. He only smokes in the garden! And he often gives up, not sure where he is at with that at the moment.

I'm Lucy, the landlady, and might occasionally stay in the spare room - but not without plenty of notice, and not for more than a couple of nights each month. Otherwise you would be welcome to use it as a guest bedroom if you want to have a friend to stay.
