House:

The house was built in 2014. It has a large kitchen/dining/living room, with a washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and television.

There is another separate large sitting room with a large corner sofa, desk, computer and TV.

The house has a good sized garden with a patio, a garage for storing bikes etc, and off street parking on the private driveway for two cars.

Location:

The house is just off the A34 and is located on the 4A bus route, which goes directly to the town centre through to the other side of Oxford (15 minutes cycle ride). There is also a cut through to Oxford Brookes University Harcourt Hill campus where there are other buses available. There is also a gym and swimming pool within 3 minutes walk, also on the Oxford Brookes Campus. There are lovely walks immediately to the back of the house.

We are looking for a further female tenant to join us from 1st September 2019. The house would suit professionals, post docs, or students. The rooms are unfortunately not available to couples.
The price is inclusive of all bills, except the internet, which is organised and paid for between the tenants.
