The annexe includes:
Ground floor: kitchen with bar seating area including all the mod cons, oak cupboards and marble worktops. Wet room.
First floor: fitted wardrobe, bedroom/lounge, wood flooring
The annexe is narrow, ideally would suit a single person.
It is close to main bus routes and a 5 minute walk to the town centre.
Electric, gas and water rates are included in the rental.
Council tax (which is band A) and TV licence are not included in the rental.
