Hi my name is Louise and I own my own property in Carterton. I have two rooms available, I would like a tenancy agreement for a minimum of 6 months, ideally for the tenancy to continue after this. The deposit will be £400, and the rent will be £450 per month This will include a double bedroom with wardrobe space, a bathroom between two of you, virgin wifi, council tax, water, electric and gas is all included within the rent price.
