I have a furnished ground floor double bedroom with ensuit and small kitchen to rent. The house has been refurbished to an impeccable standard and I do my upmost to keep it looking beautiful.
You will also have access to the living room on the middle floor.
I have a dog and 2 cats so new tenant needs to be okay with animals.
I work 4 days a week and one day over the weekend but I am able to work from home as and when I need to. I also have a clinic room situated on the ground floor so will have clients visiting 2 evenings a week.
There is parking at the rear or roadside and I have garage space if some storage space is required.
Would prefer a 6month/ year contract but willing to discuss options.
