Spare Room In Three Bed House

This is to rent the spare room of a three bedroom stone built detached house. We have 2 dogs and love animals. We have most mod-cons and are flexible. The room has it's own HD Tv and a good view. It's quiet and newly decorated. We are close to Charlbury train station. There is a bus to the train station. It takes around 20 min on the train to Oxford. It is a social busy village but we are only 1. 5 hours from London by coach or less by train. There's public transport to Witney and Banbury. It is a nice place to live and study. I am looking for someone to fit in with out busy household. Myself and my daughter live here. I work part time locally and she is in full time eduction in Witney. We have microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer etc ... your rent includes all the bills except you may want to get your own food. There are two smokers in the household but we are considerate.
