Double Room for Rent (Churchill, Oxfordshire)

We have a large double room available to rent in a quiet 3 bed family home in Churchill, Oxfordshire. We are a professional couple in our late 20's with 2 springer spaniels (who live downstairs). We would be open to people with pets dependant on what those pets are.

Currently the room has a sofa bed in it and its up the person who gets the room if that stays or if they would like a proper bed put in the room. There is a large 3 section wardrobe and a desk. We also have loft storage if needed.

We have easy parking, there is wifi throughout the home, a real fire and a fully equipped kitchen. Milk, tea bags, washing power and bills thrown in. Washing machine, fridge, freezer, tumble drier, dishwasher (the usual white appliances).

The room is only available Monday to Friday (some weekends could be negotiated).

We have a large garden in a rural setting on a no-through road, with amazing views. It has a large patio area for outside eating and drinking in the summer.

We are located two miles from Kingham station (mainline through Oxford (30min) and to London Paddington 1hr 30mins).

The local town (Chipping Norton) is about 3 miles away and has everything you need.

There is a large shared bathroom with rainfall shower free standing roll top bath and amazing views.

We are out at work all day (9-5 Mon-Friday).
