We are three Ph. D. students looking for a fourth student to take over the lease of a current flatmate for the summer months - June, July and August. After that, there is the possibility of then resigning the lease for the next year alongside us.
The flat is in an ideal location, just off Cowley Road, close to the main shops there. It's a quick cycle into town, and also Brookes. South Parks is just around the corner too. The flat has a nice spacious living room/dining room area, and a patio out back. The room available is a spacious double with lots of natural light. See pictures!
We are friendly, fairly tidy and sociable. We like cooking nice meals, or maybe playing a board game or watching a movie occasionally. Looking for someone of a similar disposition. Do get in touch! :)
