It is situated a few minutes walk from bus stops leading into or out of Oxford and is about 5 minutes from the ring road by car.

The room is furnished with a double bed, table, chest of drawers and has a built in wardrobe.

Bathroom has usual amenities including bath/shower.

Kitchen/living room area is open plan and use of these areas is naturally included.

Kitchen has oven, good sized fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, table and chairs, plenty of cupboard space etc.

Living area has TV, sofa and leads to a balcony. Wifi is available.

I am a teacher who would like a fun and relaxed atmosphere in the flat as work takes over at times.

I socialise with my friends when possible but I am generally in the property during the evening and obviously the school holidays.

Shared meals or not, either is fine with me. Cleaning shared. Off road parking is available.
