Furnished double room with very comfortable single bed (new headboard) with underneath drawers, two chest of drawers, cupboard, shelving. Room for a desk if necessary. I have just redecorated the room.

Shared sitting room with TV, fitted kitchen/dining room including dishwasher & washing machine. Bathroom with shower. New double glazing throughout. Landscaped attractive garden, with shed, for relaxing or helping me grow vegetables! Garage (bike storage) and off-road parking.

Recently rented by researcher who has sadly moved jobs so I am looking to find a friendly person who is clean and tidy. I am happy to socialise with you, or give you your own space. I have a loveable guinea pig, Oscar who lives on the lawn or in the garage.
