We have 1 double room available in a large and well equipped house in Cowley. The room is available from the 7th August for a minimum of 6 months, no current maximum but would be able to stay for at least 12 months.
We are seeking a professional to join 2 PhD students and one other professional. This would put the council tax bill at around £100 pcm.
The centre of Oxford is a 20 minute walk or ~7 minute cycle away and Tesco Cowley Road a mere 60 seconds walk.
The house is mostly empty during the day but will gradually fill up from about 6pm, for mutual cooking, TV watching and the odd drink!
The house is fully furnished and well equipped throughout. There are 2 bathrooms with an impressively quick-to-heat shower and back garden access for bikes.
The downstairs is entirely living area, with an open plan living room/dining area and large, light filled kitchen/conservatory.
Bills are ~£50 a month with highest speed Virgin Broadband, HD TV and phoneline.
