Room to rent in lovely flat on Cowley Road

I’m currently looking for a new tenant for my room in a lovely flat on the Cowley Road. The flat is in an ideal location, just a stone’s throw away from the Big Society and the great atmosphere of Cowley Road and just a 15min walk from the centre of Oxford.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, fireplace and desk and it has a small en-suite with a shower. All housemates also have use of the shared kitchen and living area.

The current housemates are all young professionals and are looking for a new housemate who keeps regular, professional hours. Everyone is really friendly and often arrange drinks or dinner on the Cowley Road.

The current contract will end on 30 Sept with a view to extend if you wish and the room is available to move into immediately – the start of August would be ideal. The flat is non-smoking and no pets are allowed.

Please note, you will be required to pay one month’s rent as a deposit and provide a landlord/previous housemate reference and an employer reference.
