Two double rooms in a friendly flat on Cowley Road

Myself (Suzannah), Sarah and Hannah have just signed a contract for a five bedroom flat on Cowley Road and we are looking for two more friendly housemates to join us. All five bedrooms are decent sized doubles with a desk, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The flat is spread across two floors, with three bedrooms, the kitchen and bathroom on the first floor, and the remaining two bedrooms, a toilet and living room on the top floor.

The kitchen is rather spacious, with two full size fridge/freezers, a table that can seat six people (!) and cooker with a gas hob. It also has a washing machine and plenty of cupboard space.

We are looking for friendly professionals or postgrads willing to pay council tax to complete our house. Each of us work in education, however we would also welcome housemates from other fields! Variety is the spice of life as the saying goes. We all enjoy cooking and plan to share meals some of the time. We’re hoping to find housemates we can socialise with; both at home with a cup of tea, and over a drink in the pub.

Unfortunately the pictures of the flat are from my phone and aren’t all that wonderful. I'm only able to upload a few photos, but we have pictures of every room in the house. Obviously we haven’t moved in to the house yet but we have grand plans for decorating it to make it feel more homely.

Rent for each of the rooms will be £390/month and we expect bills to come in at roughly £30-35/month, plus £25/month for council tax. The deposit is equivalent to six weeks rent, which works out at £585. The letting agent will also require you to pay a non-refundable admin fee of £150.
