We are on Crescent Road, within walking distance of Cowley Road, with good access to buses and plenty of on street parking. We are three professionals in our mid thirties who are fun, friendly and sociable and the house is clean and tidy with a cosy lounge. There is a large garden, which is great for BBQs. The rent is £518 inclusive of all utility bills, council tax, broadband, TV digi box and also a cleaner! We are preferably looking for a professional or post grad/mature student who is looking for a minimum period of 12 months. The rooms are not available for couples.
