Weekday lodger seeking full time lodger

I am seeking a lodger who will have almost exclusive use of the property. I travel a lot for work so will spend approximately 4 nights at the property in total each month. The nights will tend to be mid-week so I won't be around on weekends. There will be probably be months where I don't stay at the property at all. I would welcome a long term lodger who wants to put their own stamp on the place and make it their home. Pretty much they'll have the place to themselves.

A part furnished stunning apartment in the Cowley Road / Florence Park area of Oxford. Both Cowley Road and the Business Park are a few minutes walk away. The Science Park and city centre are a short journey as well. The local amenities are great with a lovely park and lots of shops including a large supermarket and a 24 hour gym less than two minutes walk away. The public transport links are great with the area served by numerous bus routes.

The house is at the bottom of a quiet cul-de-sac which means there is no passing traffic and it is very private with a great community spirit.

The kitchen contains:
a large fridge / freezer,
washing machine,
dish washer,
microwave,
oven, grill & hob,
Dyson vacuum.

The bedroom contains a double bed, large wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. All of which are are in great condition.

There is a good sized bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

The room will be available from the beginning of April.
