One 2nd floor room available in friendly houseshare of young(ish) professionals. The house is in a great location just off Cowley road within easy walking distance of the Cowley Road shops and a short cycle ride into town.
It is fully furbished with 6 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a third toilet on the ground floor.
Great social cooking and living area. There is also a low maintenance garden with a patio in the sun for some lovely bbqs.
There is also a drive and some additional parking next to the house, into which we have squeezed 4 cars onto in the past, and as none of the current housemates have any cars there is plenty of space!

We've always tried to maintain a gender balance in the house (3 girls and 3 guys) and as such we would prefer male applicants, although we would make exceptions if the housemates decide they'd prefer another girl in the house.

The current housemates (3 girls and 2 guys) are all fun and sociable and we'd be looking for someone to fit in to this bunch.
They are all working professionals, and enjoy socialising together, whether it's going out for drinks, watching a films, or cooking a meal together.

The room will be available from the 14th of September.

Rent includes ALL bills (council tax, water, gas, broadband etc)
