we're 4 friends in a house but one room will be up for grabs from 1st of December.
At the moment, we're 3 boys and a girl and the idea was to even it but we're open anyway.
It is a very homely house with a good vibe and people spend good times together.
We'd be looking for someone looking to share more than just the property itself :)
Awesome location! 2 min walk from Tesco and obvioulsy the Cowley Road! :)
The room costs £270 per month. Expenses come about 75 per month average and there's a deposit of 450.
