Large double room in friendly houseshare

We have a good size double room available in our 4 bed house share. The room (and house) is fully furnished... Bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The house has 2 bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs - so no fighting for a shower in the morning! There is also a large open plan living area complete with sofas, dining table, a new kitchen and patio doors that open onto the garden. The location on Morrell Avenue is excellent, we are opposite a bus stop (4), not that you really need it as it is just a 15min walk to the centre of town and 5 mins to the many bars and restaurants of the Cowley Road and St Clements. Both Tesco and Sainsbury's are also just over 5min walk away. The house backs directly onto South Park (which, if you are athletic, has outdoor gym equipment and a regular boot camp!). We have a parking permit for the main road as well as two spaces in the driveway. Plenty of visitor permits also.

We are three sociable professionals (1girl, 2guys) in our twenties looking for a fourth.

The rent is £440 a month plus bills which are approximately each £100 (inc wifi, virgin media and household essentials).
