Spare room as daughter is in Australia.
Am trying this out to see how it goes.
Its a small end terrace.
The rent will include all utility bills at current levels.
If bills are subsequently charged separately I will supply necessary details.
You will provide your own bedding, towels etc.
There is a washing machine and tumble dryer, walk in shower, and fridge freezer in the tiny kitchen etc. You can use all the kitchen implements etc.
You must be a day worker Mon to Fri, sorry no weekend or night workers. You must leave every Fri but you can return late Sunday evenings ready for work Monday. Other details on request.
