Hi,

We have a single room available in a great home on the popular Reliance Way.

House is a 3 storey town house with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a modern kitchen/living area with all the necessary mod cons. There’s also a little back garden with bike racks.
The room comes fully furnished with a single bed, bedside table, desk, chair and wardrobe.

Rent includes all bills (council tax, electricity, water, gas and BT broadband), and we have a great private landlady. Please note that a £30 admin fee is payable upon moving out.

The area is great, very close to all the hustle and bustle of Cowley Road and also good for hitting the ring road.

It’s a very social house and we often spend time together – going for trips to the pub, watching movies and generally chilling out. We’re looking for somebody similar. Male would be preferred in a bid to keep the gender balance.

Room is available from January, exact date is negotiable.
