Double room in a professional, friendly house

There's three of us in the house Vicky, Faye and Dan. We're all in our early 30's.
The house is tidy and well kept. The kitchen and the bathroom are in good condition and we have a nice living room and garden. .

We're all professionals and looking to keep a friendly setup up. We like to go out once in a while, meals/cinema etc and looking for a like minded person.

Rent is £480 all inclusive, which includes £390 a month plus £90 for bills paid to the house account. The landlord looks after all bills which includes everything (internet, council tax, water, gas and electric etc). There is a unrestricted parking outside (despite the bizarre signs?!).

The house has really good access to the main bus route into Oxford, and the ring road without being a through road. The house is fully furnished.

We are looking for a female professional, aged 25-30 who is tidy, easy going and fun to have around. We're hoping to have someone move in that's likely to be here for some time to keep the house stable!
