Room to rent near Cowley Shopping Centre, Oxford

Hello and Welcome.

I'm a professional working in health & social care supporting children and young adults. I like to have a good laugh and go places or sometimes just happy to relax at home in front of the TV!
I'm looking for a house mate (male preferred 18-40), professional or student.

The House is located in the Cowley area and is within walking distance of Cowley Shopping Centre. Also close by is the Kassam Stadium, Leisure Complex, and BMW plant, as well as all the large/small food outlets. There is a very good bus route into Oxford Town Centre - every 10-15 mins buses, and access to the ring road.

The house is owner occupied and has a communal lounge and dinning area. The kitchen has adequate storage; oven, microwave, washing machine.
Shared bathroom with shower/bath

Large rear garden with patio/summer house (please note that the garden will be landscaped in ?March for 4 weeks). There after it will be free to use.

Garage for storage eg. bike etc.
Park car on road outside of the house (not a busy road and no permit needed)

The room for rent has recently been decorated. In the room there is a wardrobe, mirror, desk, TV, freeview, lamp, DVD player, shelving, drawers and a 'small double' bed.
