Large double in a friendly professional houseshare

We have a large double room going in a 4-bed professional house share. The pictures don’t really give the room justice. It’s big (6m x 4m), has two windows (N & S facing), plenty of wardrobe space, and a desk.
Its a nice house, large tv in living room, two fridges in kitchen, plenty of parking, back garden for summer, sound landlord. Bills hit the 70-80 mark incl high speed broadband. Please note the living room has been re-arranged since the photo!
There are currently 3 males all mid 20s professionals. Gen house interests include running, football, going out… House is quiteish during the week and tend go out in the w/e.
We are looking for someone who will fit in and enjoy the house. No students or couples please. If you are interested please send over a little something about yourself, interests, what you do… I will be free to hold viewings this Sunday (15th), could maybe squeeze something outside.
