Single room near Cowley (Florence Park)

Housemate:
We are looking for a outgoing professional to join our household of three. We are two male professionals in our mid-twenties, in a house share, and a third housemate is sadly moving out soon to move to London. We would preferable like someone from 22-27.

The House:
The house is spacious and light. It has a well furnishing living and dining room as well as a spacious kitchen full of appliances. The garden has a large patio and is great in Spring and Summer for sitting outside to BBQ and enjoy the sun. The house has one available single furnished room.

Location:
It is perfected located in between the Iffley and Cowley Road opposite Florence Park. The park has tennis courts and well maintained gardens that are used by runners and for other sports. The location provides easy access to the centre of Oxford by bike, bus, or on foot. The nearby Cowley Road is a vibrant neighbourhood full of restaurants, bars and shops and is about ten minutes away by foot.

Move in date:
