Room available from Late March/Early April till 7th September on current contract, the house can then be renewed for a further 12 months which 2 of the current housemates plan to do as its a great house and they dont want to leave!

The house is situated toward the Iffley road end of Magdalen rd. This is a fantastic location for the local pubs and restaurants (Magdalen Arms, Rusty Bicycle and Oli's Thai to name a few!)

The room available is a double with double bed! ample storage in the form of a wardrobe, chest of draws, under bed storage and a separate large cupboard outside the room.

The house benefits from 2 bathrooms, separate living room, large separate dining room and a large modern kitchen.

The house was fully renovated before we moved in in September. This includes brand new furniture, brand new kitchen appliances (Cooker, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer & washer dryer).

The house is also equipped with a high quality Worcester boiler so hot water and heating ready when needed.

The current housemates excluding myself are all young professionals and this is how we would like it to stay so professionals only and strictly no couples, smoking or pets.
