Lovely recently refurbished 5 bedroom house, with spacious kitchen (2 fridges, dishwasher and washing machine/tumble dryer) leading to rear garden, dinning room, 2 bathrooms plus extra toilet. Friendly housemates, all professionals in mid-late twenties.
Generous size double room, comes unfurnished but has a built-in wardrobe and shelves and we can discuss if you want to buy my bed (brand new mattress, only 5 months of use).
Now the boring stuff: rent is £400 plus bills. There’s an agency fee (£175) and references will be needed. Deposit is £460. Room will be available around 11th of May (dates negotiable).
