Monday to Friday double room just off Cowley Road

The flat:
Monday to Friday let, 2-5 nights a week at £25 per night. The flat is well situated close to the Cowley Road (less than a 2 minute walk) where the nearest shops and pubs are (Tesco, Sainsburys, Boots and pubs like the Cowley Retreat).
The flat itself spreads over the 1st to 2nd floors of the building. Entering the flat on the 1st floor there is well decorated and equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bath and shower. Up a few steps from the entrance is the next level where there is large living room with modern decoration (3 large windows letting lots of light in) and the double room for rent is also on this level.

Bedroom 1 for rent is equipped with a double bed which can be changed to a single bed if required, two large wardrobes with various cupboard space. The second bedroom (not for rent) is on the floor above this. The flat is within a Victorian Building and has its on private entrance with stairway and covered porch, a large cupboard located beneath the stairs provides good storage for bikes. Parking permits are available through the Council but cost extra. Virgin fibre WiFi included. Available from beginning of November. Monday to Friday let’s only at £25 per night.

We are a couple ages 24 and 26. I am Architecture postgrad student. My Partner works full time in London. We are very easy going, clean and tidy flatmates. We like going to the local pubs, exploring the city and travelling in our free time but also appreciate privacy too. We are looking for someone like minded, who we get on well with.
