Hi! I am a graduate student in Oxford University. I have an En suite studio room. It is Mansion Mews located in Cowley Rd. The property has a main office in the entrance so it keeps everyone safe! Kitchen and living room is shared with 3 people and there is a common room with TV. There is also a lively common courtyard with benches and bike storage. The rent includes all the facilities.
The building is just 50 meters from the nearest supermarket and 10 min. bike from the city center.
I am looking for someone to stay from July to September 2015 and the contract can be also extended after September for the next academic year.. The cost is 700 pounds per month or 175 per week. It is a really nice flat to live and people are really friendly.
