This 8 bed house is in a great location for students, particularly for Brookes. Please note, year long contract!

Students preferred because of the council tax exemption but professionals welcome too! The more professionals, the lower the cost. Council Tax band C is £1095. 92 per year, equating to £91 a month. Please understand the students would make a lower contribution for council tax.

The single bedrooms have pretty much the same floor space as doubles. All rooms have a wardrobe, bed, desk and drawers.
2 bathrooms, huge kitchen, large driveway and a garden!!

Bills will be around £35, month - still very cheap given its location. Agency fees £144.

I understand it is a big leap of faith to commit to house you haven't physically seen but me and my mate went today and it is decent and we would have signed there and then if we could have filled it and got the deposit together! There are also 19 pictures for you to see, which is quite a good insight into the property, we feel.

We have been to FOUR viewings already, only to find THE SAME DAY that a let has been agreed! It's cray.

If you're struggling to find a place, I seriously recommend going for this and getting on-board as it is going to go FAST.

We will need a definite 'yes' and the ability to pay the £637. 50 deposit for you to be in. 1st come first served with room choice. I also would like to propose meeting up this weekend to get to know each other a bit. Only when all rooms go will we commit to the estate agent, there may be a chance that we won't and this will fall through :(
