We have a large double room available in our lovely semi-detached house, close to Cowley shops and Florence Park.
We are a couple (two professionals) and DPhil student who are all very friendly and enjoy spending plenty of time outdoors.
We have a delightful little garden and available parking space.
Bills are not included in the rent, but come to about £75 per month, including council tax.
The room comes unfurnished, however you can purchase the bed, mattress, desk, bookshelf, wardrobe, and chest of drawers (see pics) from the leaving housemate. He's asking for £150 for all (negotiable) but is also happy to sell items separately.
