We are two Australian brothers in Motorsports Engineering looking to set up a quality share house outside the infamous 'HMO boundary' of Oxford City.

We have found a very nice 5 bedroom house in Cumnor that is in a green, leafy valley setting yet only 10 minutes by bus to Oxford train station (15 to the city centre) where the bus stop is a 100m walk from the front door with buses running as much as every 10 minutes up to midnight (plus more slightly further away). Additionally for those with a car it is only a mile from the A34 and the A420 south bound.

The house has a fully serviced above ground pool, great gardens that only need mowing and an enormous living room we will set up with a projector-based home theatre system. As an added perk it has a fully functional grand piano (!) and an equally functional fireplace. Adjacent to that room is a dedicated dining room, a very large renovated kitchen with a dual-oven gas stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. Additionally there is a dedicated chest freezer in the garage.

The house has four comfortable double bedrooms with an additional smaller room that could be multiple purpose. All bedrooms are newly carpeted with the rest of the house either tiled or parquet wooden floors (as in the photo.)

This house would suite mature students and professionals working in Oxford, Abingdon, Kidlington, Bicester, towns to the west of Oxford, and perhaps even Didcot and Banbury.
