We are looking for a respectful and tidy housemate to occupy our third partly furnished double ensuite room.
The house is 10 minutes away by car from Cowley and 2.5 miles from Oxford city centre (and walkable distance to bus stop.)
The bills are around £115 a month including broadband, gas, electricity and council tax.
The current occupants are David (27) who currently works in atom science research and James (23) who works as an mechanical engineer at Oxford Instruments. It's a really friendly house and we are looking for a lovely like minded person to live with.
