Large first floor double room (but for SINGLE occupancy) in village near Banbury.
South facing, overlooking garden and parking area.
House is part Victorian and the rest is older.
Room is fully furnished and has its own wash basin.

Bathroom (bath/shower) shared with us and one other tenant. No problems there. We tend to be up late morning and evening, so you only have to avoid clashing with the other tenant.
Large kitchen shared. As we are retired we have normally adjusted our meal times to suit. Plenty of food storage space.
No smoking in the house - ok in garden, but please don't leave cigarette ends there).

Now about the deposit. Sorry if this sounds mercenary. We have had occasions in the past when people have said that they want the room, but have no money actually on them. Then we didn't see them again, presumably because they had found somewhere more suitable, gone back to their wife, or whatever. In the meanwhile, we turned other people away.
If you are seriously looking for a room, please bring the deposit and first week's rent with you.
If you like our room, unless we have been paid, we do not reserve it ! (There is a cash machine in the village ! (Shop opening hours))
