I work from home so the room would be suitable for a proffesional person but probably not ideal for a night worker.

I live with my husband and 15 year old daughter. The property has an ensuite bedroom which my husband and I use and a bathroom with power shower which my daughter and any lodger would mainly use. We also have a downstairs toilet facility. We have a seperate conservatory/living area, a dining room and a family television room.

We are a friendly family and have enjoyed letting out our spare room for over five years.
