It is not available for a single professional. The housemate is the landlord a nursing professional lady friendly and respectful. She is hardly home so you will have the house to yourself most of the weekdays. The house has a good atmosphere and would suit female professionals or recently graduated starting a new job in and around the Didcot area. No smoking or pets are allowed in the property.

The house has a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and front and back garden. The house has all necessary mod-cons. Bills are included in the rent while there is no broadband internet installed. One month's deposit is required before time of moving in and one month notice of leaving. The landlord require at least 6 month contract and can be extended after.

The location is excellent. The street is quiet, family community but very close to the shopping area and the Didcot railway station within 10 - 15 minutes walking distance.
