Room is a single room with built in wardrobe, bed + bedding & bedside cabinet with view over the garden, room is at the rear of property so low on noise. Preferably Monday to Friday let, price includes gas electric & water, currently no wifi as it's not working but awaiting an engineer .
There is myself in the property, 26 year old female (I like my own space & spend evenings in my room usually) my son and 2 dogs.
Looking for a lodger that keeps themselves to themselves ideally.
Room is available for 2 months with a view to longer.
