My husband and I have a double room to rent.
We currently live in a detached 4 bedroom house.
It is only me and my husband as all of my children have left home.
The room is next to the main bathroom which includes toilet, bath and shower.
This will be yours solely to use which is why we have stated en-suite.
We have broadband which you are free to use and there is also a TV with 83 digital channels in your room.
There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher which you are free to use and we are happy for you to use the kitchen whenever you need to.
There is a lounge downstairs and conservatory which is a great spot to relax. We have a small garden with table and chairs.
We are non smokers and expect you to be the same.
We are in the perfect location if you travel to London via Didcot train station.
This room is for 1 person only.
The house is in immaculate condition so I'm sure you will feel very much at home.
The rent includes all bills but not food.
We are quite happy to leave space in the fridge plus any cupboard space for food etc.
There is off road parking but we also have a bus stop near by if you don't have a car.
Milton park and Didcot train station is 5 mins away by car.
