Pleasant double room for single occupant

This is a quiet household of friendly people. Use of fridge/freezer/washing machine, cooking etc

The room is comfortable, warm and well furnished with plenty of storage but I have no objection to things being changed around or removed if, for instance you wish to put computer table in there.

We are few minutes walk from station buses, Milton Park shuttle bus and shops with Co-op shop just round the corner.

Parking would be negotiable. There is one small cat: large garden: limited storage space in garage.

No deposit but rent payable weekly in advance Previous tenants have all remained here long-term
