Double room in Didcot

Hi,

I'd like to find a housemate and have a double room in my house available immediately. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, bed side tables, bookcase, draws and large fitted wardrobe.

The house is a 2 bed corner terrace just off of Sandringham Road in Didcot. It's nicely decorated, clean and tidy throughout, with double glazing and central heating.

In the back garden there's a decked area with outdoor table and chairs, lawn, shed (space for a bike if needed) and a double hammock (lovely for relaxing reading a book in the sun, if the summer ever arrives!). If you have a car the house has two off the street parking spaces so one of these would be yours.

The house is walking distance to the town center and Didcot Parkway Station, which is about a mile away.

I have a small dog called Poppy, if you have a keen eye you'll see her in one of the kitchen photos :). She's very friendly, quiet, low moulting/shedding and loves every person she meets.

Rent includes all bills including internet, full use of kitchen, washing machine, living room with satalite tv, dvd player etc.

I would ideally like to find a housemate with similar interests to me. I'm a vegetarian but don't mind living with a meat-eater. I keep the house clean and tidy and I would like my housemate to do the same in the communial areas.
