Double room/entire house for rent in cosy cottage

Lovely room available in cosy cottage situated close to the town centre (5min walk) and station (10min walk) but a stones throw from open countryside (3mins walk). The room can be furnished with a bed and already has a built in wardrobe area.

I am currently searching for a special tenant to live in my cottage in didcot. I live 30 minutes away but occasionally use the cottage as a base for work during the daytime and stay over very occasionally on the weekend (probably 3-5 times a year). The rest of the time you would have the house to yourself for weekends only but this would be occasionally and you would always have adequate notice.

As we used to live in the house ourselves we have left many of our belongings and furnishings there and are looking for tenants to love and care for our home whilst we are not using it. There is a main bathroom downstairs and the lounge and kitchen areas.

There is a lovely cottage garden out the back which you can enjoy during the summer months. It is south facing so gets a lot of sun! There is even a veg patch for anyone with green fingers who might like to grow some of their own food.

I am close by so always on hand if needed, I will also clean the property once a week during one of my work visits - I can usually arrange this at a time that won't interrupt your day.

Would consider a couple but the monthly fee would be £1,150
