Double room (mon - fri) on Ladygrove estate

We are a friendly couple living in a large 3 bedroom house on the Ladygrove estate. We are looking for 2 Monday to Friday lodgers to occupy our 2 spare double rooms. We would consider full week lets on a short term basis at an adjusted price.
The rooms are fully furnished, include built in wardrobes and bedding is supplied. They have been fully redecorated, including brand new carpets.
You would have use of the main bathroom, which we do not share so there will only be 2 of you using it. This too is brand new and includes a large L-shaped bath with electric shower.
You will also be free to use the refurbished kitchen and will be provided with fridge and cupboard space.
We will clean all communal areas, including the main bathroom. We only ask that you tidy up after yourself to leave communal areas usable for all.
Please note, we do have a friendly black labrador puppy but he is not allowed upstairs, which is where the bedrooms and bathroom are located.
Our house is situated less than a 10 minute walk from Didcot Parkway station and we also have spare parking spaces should you need it.
