The room is 3 meters by 3. 6 meters or 9ft10" by 11ft10", it is on the ground floor, next to the large downstairs bathroom as shown in the photo. (there is another bathroom upstairs) Comfortable double bed. Large picture window with full length curtains.

Kitchen, dining and sitting area. All the usual things in kitchen, plus dishwasher, and 2 convectional microwave ovens.

Broadband Wifi. Large garden. Smoking outside.

There are two very friendly dogs. friendly sheep and chickens in the paddock. So that keeps us quite busy.

1 mile to Williams F1. Current Male lodger leaving due to end of Williams contract, other male now working on Ventilators. We are all being very careful. Very much a stay at home and farming in fields situation,
The Village has 2 pubs, an Indian restaurant, small shop and post office.

The room is bright and large enough if you should want to keep yourself to yourself, and the house is open enough should you want company and a chat. (at 2m)
Room would suit 5/7 day shift worker.
