Very private double room, available on the ground floor of a three story family home.

The room is facing a small peaceful garden, which you are welcome to use. (Perfect place to sit with a glass of wine on a summer's eve)

On the 1st floor is a nice size kitchen with gas cooker and alloted space in the cupboard, fridge and freezer. Also included is a small bathroom with toilet, sink and shower- shared by one other person.

Off road parking space is available with the room.

The house is a stones throw from the town centre bus stops that take you to Swindon, Wantage, Oxford Ect.

Car pooling may be an option if its within our work areas of Witney or Harwell.

The house is situated in the centre of town with shops, cafés and restaurants but also walking distance from good country and woodland areas. Garage space is available for a bicycle.

The occupants of the house include one man, one woman and a one year old boy. There is also an old and well behaved dog.

The room is furnished and bedding is available if needed, at no extra cost.

The room has deep shelving/sideboards where you can sit facing into the garden, it was originally put in place for an artist, so may be ideal for hobbies/drawing/computer or general storage.

Wifi included, if preferred we can run the infinity broadband into the room.

We both work full time.

What is not included:
*The living room is part of the family area so not included and is completely separate from all shared areas :)

Our ideal lodger:
I would like to say we are quite relaxed about the type of lodger we are looking for, providing you have not starred in any of the series of "life of grime" or that you are preferably not a serial killer then we will be happy to book a viewing.
