Room for a single non-smoking person to share a clean and tidy house with friendly working housemates. The house is only a few mins walk to the town centre and train station and ample parking is available both on the driveway or in the quiet residential street, it is in a good position for Kraft, faurecia, and the business parks and acccess to the M40 and the new Gateway Park. There is a shared lounge, kitchen, bath/shower room as well as a second seperate w/c these are shared by four housemates.(There is a fifth housemate who has their own faciites)Outside there is a garden with lawn, patio area and fish pond. Broadband has been installed by one of the other housemates and you are welcome to use this with a contribution to the cost. The other housemates are quiet, working, friendly people. No party animals please. The rent includes all the main household bills including council tax. There is a fee of £50.00 for the deposit scheme.
