I am a 29 year old professional looking for a lodger for a double room in Grove, Wantage. The house is a 3 bed, 3 bath (1 with tv in bath!), 3 storey with a washing machine, tumble dryer and Sky TV. There is a garden and allocated parking space. The price is £500 pcm, all bills included with fibre optic broadband. The room is furnished with a double bed and wardrobes and the living room and kitchen will be shared living space. One months rent is required as a deposit. I would like a clean and respectful housemate who might like a trip to the pub occasionally!
