Double room for weekday let

We have a double room available in our home from 13th March 2017 for weekday let (Mon to Friday) for £450 per calendar month. One month's rent required as holding deposit.

Fully furnished double room with double bed, triple wardrobe, chest drawers and bookcase. You have use of fully equipped newly fitted kitchen, bathroom with bath & shower, living room which leads out into garden. All bills included in monthly rent (utilities-water, gas electric, council tax, tv license & broadband). Parking permit required (£60 per year) and there is space to securely lock up bicycles out of sight. Walking distance to Nuffield, Churchill & John Radcliffe hospitals. Nearby bus stops so good links to city centre, London and airports.

We are both professionals working in Oxford. I work at the Churchill Hospital and my partner runs his own business based in Oxfordshire. I like to keep a clean and tidy home and we have rented out our spare room for the last few years and and so well used to sharing our home.
