Are you a 25+ Professional female, looking for a double room in an ideally situated house who likes wine? Read on!

We're a friendly, mature but fun, outgoing house of professionals looking for a housemate to take over one of our top floor rooms.

We have a top floor, double room available in a shared house in Headington, just off from Gipsy lane and the London Road.

The room is a decent size and while a little on the cosy/bijou side it has extra storage on your own private landing!

It comes simply furnished with a single or double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and bedside table, though these can be easily removed if you have your own furnishings. It is a blank canvas to make your own as we have a very understanding landlord.

There is an 'almost-ensuite' toilet/bathroom-ette right outside the room which is shared with only one other girl, while we have 2 walk in showers downstairs (one of which is a power shower and is excellent!)

There is a fantastic kitchen which is huge and spacious with loads of cupboard and worktop space, 2 brand new large fridge freezers, Gas hob and oven, washing machine and dryer.

There is also an awesome south facing, sunny garden out back with a patio and lawn for summer parties and BBQs, as well as an allotment area and greenhouse in which we are experimenting with our own veg!

At present we are 5 professionals (3M/2F) all mid 20s - early 30s though because of the massive kitchen and living room, double showers and different schedules it never feels crowded.

We're an easy going bunch equally happy squirreling off to our rooms or cracking open some good wine in the kitchen.

Between us we enjoy all that oxford has to offer from gigs and nights out on the town to science lectures and forest walks.

Brookes Gym is a 10 minute walk round the corner and we are in walking distance of Headington shops, the Cowley Road, and on all major bus routes towards Oxford (10 mins) and London.

Off Street parking on our driveway is also available

Rent is £430 (+£430 deposit) and bills should be roughly £35-45 on top and the room is available from December 1st.

Long term until at least mid 2016.
