Having really enjoyed living in this beautiful house I am sadly moving on from Oxford and am looking for someone to take the room for the remaining term of my tenancy agreement ending on 9th August, so the room is ideal for a short let.

With a good sized lounge it's a great place to chill after work. The current house-mates are relaxed, sociable and tidy, so if that sounds like you we'd love to hear from you!

House is nicely furnished and recently redecorated with modern, good quality furniture and fittings. Includes:

-Bathroom with toilet, bath and separate shower enclosure, power shower.
-Separate toilet downstairs
-Open plan kitchen/diner/living room with fridge/freezer, oven/grill, cooker, dishwasher.
-Dining table and chairs, sofa.
-Separate utility room with washing machine and boiler.
-Spacious garden with greenhouse, paved patio area, rear paved area, large garage with tumble-dryer.
-Room itself has a very comfortable double bed, fitted black-out blind, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
-Good storage facilities throughout, including garage space.

Bills are paid in addition to the rent, usually £80 per month.

The location is really convenient, with frequent buses taking you to the city centre in just 10 minutes and with local shops and co-op supermarket just a few minutes away.

It is also ideally located for the JR Hospital and Headington shops with supermarkets and Oxford Tube stop for London.
